MAIN DISHES
CHEESE STUFFED SHELLS
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 box jumbo pasta shells (12 oz)
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese grated
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 egg beaten
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp parsley flaked
- 1 large can Ragu with mushrooms
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 package sliced mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS:
- Cook shells per instructions on box; add 1 tsp butter to water
- Mix remaining ingredients except Ragu and sliced mozzarella
- Stuff shells with mixture
- Put in baking dish and cover with Ragu
- Top with sliced mozzarella cheese
- Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes
