BEEF TIPS
INGREDIENTS:
- beef tenderloin diced
- chopped onions
- chopped mushrooms
- red wine
- heavy cream
- salt and pepper
- oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Saute beef, onions and mushrooms in oil until carmalization begins
- Deglaze pan with wine
- Boil off wine for 2 to 3 minutes
- Add heavy cream and heat to a boil
- Boil for 5 minutes
USES / NOTES:
- Serve over rice or egg noodles
