RASPBERRY POKE CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 box (2 layer size) white cake mix
- 1 package Jello brand raspberry gelatin mix (3 oz)
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare cake mix as directed on box
- Put in well greased and floured 13x9 inch pan
- Bake at 350ºF for 30-35 minutes
- Let cool for 15 minutes then poke with fork at ½ inch intervals
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water
- Add cold water then spoon mixture over cake
- Chill for 3 to 4 hours
- Top with Cool Whip
