MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 3 sticks margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1½ cups flour
- 1 1/3 cups coconut (1 can)
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 7 oz marshmallow creme
DIRECTIONS:
- Creme sugar,cocoa and margarine together
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix well
- Add flour,coconut and pecans
- Mix well
- Bake in 9x15 inch pan at 350ºF for 40 minutes
- When cake is done spread marshmallow creme on hot cake
