ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS:
- 5½ oz vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 can evaporated milk (13 oz)
- 2 cups mashed fruit of your choice
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine pudding mix and sugar in large bowl
- Add remaining ingredients stirring well
- Pour mix into freezer can of a 1 gallon churn
- Churn according to manufacturer's instructions
- Add fruit when mix has thickened
- Let stand for 1 hour
