HASH BROWN CASSEROLE
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 bag Oreida hashbrowns thawed (32 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 2 to 3 cups Corn Flakes
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix first 6 ingredients
- Pour into greased casserole dish
- Combine remaining ingredients and put on top of mixture
- Bake at 350ºF for 50 minutes
