SALADS
FRUIT SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 small package vanilla pudding mix
- 1 can pineapple chunks (15 oz)
- 2 small cans mandarin oranges, washed and drained
- 1 large jar maraschino cherries, drained
- 2 bananas
DIRECTIONS:
- Drain juice from pineapple and add water to juice to make 1½ cups
- Add juice mix to pudding mix; bring to boil and cook 1 minute
- Remove from heat; add pineapple, oranges and cherries
- Chill for 2 to 3 hours
- Just before serving, cut up bananas and add to mixture
- Serve cold
