APPETIZERS

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 lbs ground beef
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 egg
• bread crumbs (enough to hold mix together)
• ketchup (to taste)
• Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/3 cup soy sauce

DIRECTIONS:

• Mix ground beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, ketchup and Worcestershire
• Form into balls and brown in frying pan
• Boil together ketchup, sugar and soy sauce
• Pour off fat from meat
• Add ketchup mixture to pan with meat
• Cover and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat
